Angel Island Home of the Master Emerald, as well as a few of the Chaos Emeralds. Angel Island floats in the sky, and is well protected, by Eggman. Having taken over the "Floating Island" quite a while ago, he uses it as his current base of operations. The ruins of Echidnaopolis can also be found here, for those interested in archeology. New Knothole The construction of a new Knothole has begun in the forest, very near where the Clover Grove is located. The idea being not only to create a dedicated Freedom HQ but to also draw attention away from New Mobotropolis, the location was also chosen to better defend the Clover Grove, as well as take advantage of the medical services provided.
